The new construction HELICAL PIER Foundation Systems reinforce footing or stem walls. The anchors are placed every 8 to 10 feet, based on the load of the structure and bearing strength of the soil.
A small crew, along with a skid loader, can set 50 or more anchors in less than a day. Anchors rated by the building codes for working loads of 10 to 20 tons are typical.
